ORDER PROCESSING
At CarolynHellerArt.com, we treat every order individually, packing your art with care in an effort to get it to you in a timely manner.
PACKAGING YOUR ORDER
Most items are framed or mounted and covered securely. These pieces are placed in a special art shipping box that locks the frame in position. Some items such as prints or posters are rolled with thick protective paper before being packaged in corrugated shipping tubes or triangular containers.
SHIPPING
Please Note: This is a general guideline for processing your order. Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations and mailed payments will delay processing start times. This process is designed for transit to addresses in the continental United States. Orders shipping to addresses outside this area require special handling. SHIPPING COST IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY PIECE.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Since we are an independent distributor of art solely from Carolyn F. Heller, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds. We hope the piece or pieces you purchase brighten the area where you choose to display them.

We appreciate your patronage and value your privacy. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your address or e-mail address with any other company for their marketing purposes. Certain parts of our website may ask you to provide personal information voluntarily during the course of communicating with or ordering from CarolynHellerArt.com. When you provide your name, contact details and payment details in order to purchase a printed product from us, we use that information internally for the sole purpose of selling and shipping the art to you.
